A. Important Notice

We don't provide service for funeral-use/ sensitive-topic/ pornography or if copyright infringement/ honesty/ legality is suspected. |

All prices are fixed prices, quantity-discount unavailable because of our handicraft-production nature. Rush-order not supported. |

Quotations for special sizes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. |

Production lead time (working days): print-only
7-10; printing with framing 20-25 - approximation only, may vary because of our handicraft job nature. Large quantities require slightly more time. The discussion process may take some time as well. |

Minimum charge of our photo/ fine art printing service is HK$200. |

Rush-order surcharge:
+25% or a minimum of HK$350 per photo. (We accept rush-orders only if workload allows) |

Full payment is required for the confirmation of orders below HK$10,000/ urgent orders/ print-only orders. 50% deposit required for printing w/framing orders of HK$10,000 and up, remaining balance to be settled before goods hand-over. |

We spend serious effort in project-studies with professional knowledge, and prepare invoice ONLY after customer agrees to place an order, cancelling order at invoicing-stage will be regarded as breach of promise and we reserve the rights to claim for damages. |

It is not uncommon that couriers damage large items, do not use them to collect these valuable fine art items. To avoid accidents, over-sizes/ large quantities to be delivered by us only. (refer to delivery T&C for details) |
B.Terms and Conditions

By confirming the order, customers confirm that they own the copyright or usage right of the artwork. |
| 2 |
We may take photos and/or videos of the production process and/or products as our online and/or open portfolio, and will be watermarked to prevent unauthorized use. |

If the production process and/or finished products used as online and/or public examples include individuals’ appearances, we kindly ask for your consent to support our high-quality production. If you do not consent, we will obscure the appearance before use. |

Our checking & suggestion on customer's file is of auxiliary nature only, customer bears sole responsibility for any file-related problem. |
| 5 |
Colour/ brightness of print-outs may differ from monitors or other companies/printers/papers, in particular monochrome photos. |

Sizes are approximate because of the handcrafted nature or the elasticity/overlapping of materials etc. "Bleeding-area" may occur. Samples/Images are for general reference only, and may differ from the actual productions without prior notice. |

Image-processing & color-management knowledge is broad and profound, to avoid
causing unnecessary confusion to must customers, if we judge that mild color/brightness adjustment (within ~25% for each parameter) or simple editing is needed, we will process without prior notice. Professionals (artists/ photographers/ designers etc.) may opt for straight-forward output without any modification when placing an order. |

Warranty or aftersales service not available for printing & handicraft items. Please examine carefully upon collection/ delivery. |

We reserve the right to dispose of any products without compensation if they are not collected within 30 days of the collection notice. If the customer cannot be contacted, the 30-day period will commence 45 days after the payment date. |

If the allowed production deadline is close to/shorter than pt.10, customer must let us know during order placement to classify it as "rush-order" (we do not normally accept rush-orders, rush-surcharge may apply if we do). We will not accommodate any speed-up request after order-confirmation. We promise an rush-order only if we have full confidence. However, in cases where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances or “force majeure” events (including but not limited to severe weather conditions), we will only refund any rush-surcharge (if applicable), but will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, or indirect damage, loss, or legal liability arising from the delay. |

Subject to the availability of parts/materials, and aesthetic/structural concerns, we handcraft our products with our own specifications and quality-standard only, refer to our website for details. Specifications provided by customers, if any, will be understood as preliminary reference only. |

In addition, we are not responsible for any direct, incidental, consequential, or indirect damage, loss, or legal liability arising from any delays, errors, or force majeure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that we provide our services and materials without warranties of any kind. Your use or reliance on our services or materials is entirely at your own risk. |
